At VAYTRIX, we want customers to shop with confidence. This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to eligible purchases made through www.vaytrix.co.uk, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
Return Window
Unless a longer period is required by applicable law, eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
If an order contains multiple items delivered separately, the return period begins when the last item in the order is delivered, where required by applicable law.

Return Condition
Returned products should be:
- In the condition in which they were received
- Unused except for reasonable inspection
- Returned with applicable accessories, tags, documentation, and original packaging where reasonably possible
You may inspect an item to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality where applicable law permits.
We may make deductions for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary, where permitted by law.
Return Shipping
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, VAYTRIX will provide the remedy and return arrangements required by applicable consumer law.
We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
Restocking Fee
VAYTRIX does not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to process a completed refund.
Original delivery costs will be refunded where required by applicable law.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact:
